UCHI Closed for the Remainder of the 2019–20 Academic Year

Pursuant to the the University of Connecticut (UConn) policies and guidelines in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the UConn-Humanities Institute (UCHI) will remain closed for the duration of the spring semester.

      Designed for children ages 7-11, the Benton’s Saturday Afternoon Studio sessions feature guided tours of current exhibitions and hands-on art making fun.

      Valentine Print-Making
      $15 per student

      After viewing sea-themed artwork and objects in the special exhibition Seeing Truth: Art, Science, Museums and Making Knowledge, students will use a foam printing process and mixed media to construct their own undersea-fantasy valentine cards.
